3. Products and Manufacturing
Ramps Sharks designs, manufactures, and sells heavy-duty loading ramps for trailers and trucks, made entirely in the USA.
We make every effort to display product images, descriptions, and specifications as accurately as possible.
However, minor variations in color, dimensions, or design may occur due to manufacturing or material updates.
We reserve the right to modify, discontinue, or improve products at any time without prior notice.
4. Orders and Payments
All prices are listed in U.S. dollars (USD).
Payments must be made through approved payment methods on our Shopify store (credit/debit card, PayPal, or other listed options).
We reserve the right to cancel any order if payment is not completed, suspected of fraud, or violates these Terms.
5. Shipping and Delivery
Orders are processed Monday through Friday, excluding holidays.
Standard in-stock products usually ship within 3–5 business days, while custom-built ramps may require additional production time.
Shipping rates are calculated at checkout or provided upon request.
We ship nationwide within the continental United States.
Ramps Sharks is not responsible for delays caused by carriers, weather, or incorrect shipping information provided by the customer.
6. Returns and Refunds
We stand behind the quality of our products.
If you receive a damaged or defective ramp, contact us within 7 days of delivery at support@rampssharks.com.
Eligible returns must be:

in unused condition,

in original packaging, and

accompanied by proof of purchase.
Custom or special-order ramps are non-returnable unless defective.
Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 7–10 business days after receiving the returned item.
7. Warranty
Ramps Sharks provides a 1-year limited warranty covering structural defects in materials and workmanship under normal use.
This warranty does not cover damage caused by misuse, overloading, modification, or improper installation.
Ramps Sharks’ liability is limited to repair, replacement, or refund of the original purchase price — at our sole discretion.
8. Safety Disclaimer
Our ramps are designed for professional and industrial use.
Always verify weight ratings, secure the ramps properly, and use appropriate safety gear.
Ramps Sharks is not responsible for injuries, property damage, or accidents resulting from improper use.
